Adaluz, el nuevo servicio de Electricaribe vía Whatsapp
Con el fin de poner a disposición de los clientes nuevas herramientas para que desde la comodidad de su casa u oficina realice consultas, con el liderazgo de la Agente Especial de Electricaribe, Ángela Patricia Rojas Combariza, se logró poner en marcha Adaluz, una alternativa de gestión comercial a través de Whatsapp.
Este nuevo servicio permite a los usuarios consultar de manera fácil y rápida el estado de su deuda de energía, agendar citas para realizar acuerdos de pagos a domicilio, recibir vía Whatsapp su factura de energía y el enlace para su pago a través del botón PSE, sin necesidad de hacer filas y ahorrando en costos de desplazamiento.

Es muy fácil contactar a Adaluz. Sólo se necesita escribir a la línea 304-243 3322, la cual cuenta con la verificación de Whatsapp que acredita su autenticidad para la seguridad de los clientes de la empresa.
La línea estará habilitada inicialmente para que el cliente conozca el estado de su deuda de energía y para agendar citas para realizar acuerdos de pagos a domicilio.
Mientras tanto, a través del 115 se podrán realizar los reportes o inquietudes sobre el servicio de energía, desde la aplicación Electricaribe o ingresando a la Oficina Virtual www.electricaribe.co
